One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Istru is a complete disappointment from start to finish. The service is painfully slow and unprofessional, with staff who seem annoyed by the mere presence of customers. Basic requests are ignored, and when they do respond, the attitude is rude and careless. Cleanliness is clearly not a priority — the place feels neglected and poorly maintained. The food is below average at best: tasteless, poorly prepared, and absolutely not worth the price. Portions are small, presentation is sloppy, and everything feels rushed and cheap. Prices are unjustifiably high for the quality offered. You pay premium rates and receive an experience that wouldn’t meet the standards of a roadside stop. Overall, I strongly do not recommend Istru. There are far better options in the area that actually respect their customers. Save your money and avoid this place.
